Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you have. It’s a safe and supportive space, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes, though some extended sessions may be available upon request. Couple/Family sessions are offered for 50 minutes, however, it is generally recommended to attend for 90 minutes to ensure all parties have the opportunity to share and gain insight.
This varies depending on your needs and wants. We often suggest to begin with weekly sessions, as this helps build the therapeutic relationship and trust/safety in the space. As sessions progress, frequency and amount of sessions are adjusted.
Yes! Online therapy is available through a secure video platform for clients who prefer the comfort and convenience of being at home.
Yes — we work with youth, adults, couples, and families, tailoring the approach to support each relationship and life stage.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want a safe space to process, therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from support.
Yes. What you share in session is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or court orders). We’ll go over this fully in our first session.
