At Chasing Resilience Psychotherapy and Wellness Centre, we believe therapy should be accessible, transparent, and personalized. Below is a breakdown of our standard session fees.
Standard Rates
Individual Psychotherapy Session (50 minutes): $160
Individual Psychotherapy Intake Session (90 minutes): $240
Couples or Family Psychotherapy Session (50 minutes): $210
Couples or Family Psychotherapy Session (90 minutes): $280
Affordable Therapy with Interns
We’re proud to offer more affordable therapy options through our intern program. Interns are Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) who work under the direct supervision of the clinic director and receive regular, high-quality clinical supervision.
Intern Individual Psychotherapy Session (50 minutes): $100

Payment & Booking Information
At Chasing Resilience Psychotherapy and Wellness Centre, we are committed to protecting your privacy and making the therapy process as smooth as possible.
1. Secure Client Portal: All personal and clinical information is stored in JaneApp, a secure, encrypted platform designed to ensure your confidentiality and data protection.
2. Credit Card on File: We require a credit card on file for all clients to secure bookings and reduce no-shows. While a card is required, we accept multiple payment methods, including credit card, e-transfer, or direct debit.
3. Insurance Reimbursement: We do not offer direct billing. Clients are responsible for submitting their own receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement. Receipts are automatically provided through the JaneApp system after each session.
