A Note from Jordyn

Welcome!
My name is Jordyn, and I am a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s emotional and relational challenges. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build self-awareness, and move toward meaningful healing.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and low self-worth, as well as those recovering from narcissistic abuse and emotionally unhealthy relationship dynamics. Many of the clients I work with struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, guilt, or difficulty setting boundaries. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you better understand your experiences and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, meaning we explore how past experiences and relationships may be shaping your present thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. By building insight and increasing self-awareness, clients can begin to shift long-standing patterns and create lasting emotional change.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples counseling and family therapy, helping partners and families improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. I also incorporate aspects of sex therapy, supporting individuals and couples in exploring concerns related to intimacy, sexual connection, communication around sexuality, and relationship satisfaction in a safe and respectful environment.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and guidance as we work toward greater emotional well-being, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of self.

I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. If you are interested in learning more or would like to see if we are a good fit, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation call.
