A Note from Kathryn
Thank you for visiting.
I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from integrative methods that honour your unique experiences, values, and goals. Together, we’ll work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change—at your pace and in a way that feels right for you.

With over five years of experience in the mental health field, I have supported individuals through life transitions, grief, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges. Alongside my clinical training, my work in community-based mental health settings has deepened my appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of compassionate, non-judgmental care.

My goal is to walk alongside you as we work together toward growth, healing, self-exploration, and greater well-being.
I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey.

Fun Facts about Kathryn
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll often find me outside with my hands in the garden, exploring local hiking trails, or planning my next travel adventure. I love getting lost in a good historical fiction novel and unwinding with a favourite TV show (or two… or three!). Life at home is full and lively—I’m part of a blended family with two amazing teenagers who keep me on my toes and bring lots of joy (and driving!) to everyday life.
